Chris Bartlett
Group Transformation Director
Chris is a highly experienced MSK and occupational health professional with over 20 years in musculoskeletal care, workplace wellbeing, and service transformation. As a senior leader at Response Healthcare Group, he has successfully delivered scalable, evidence-based solutions, particularly in digital health.
He is passionate about using technology to improve access, efficiency, and patient experience in occupational health. Chris also leads the development of national clinic networks, digital triage tools, and strategic partnerships across the UK.
Richard Carter
Business Development Director
Over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist, 20 years of experience and expertise in Occupational Health, delivering employee wellbeing services to businesses in a wide variety of industries.
Richard’s expertise includes absence management, workplace fitness and health screening.
Fiona Arrol
Senior OH Physiotherapist
A Physiology and Sports Science graduate, Fiona qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2008 and has a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science.
Fiona has worked in outpatient musculoskeletal departments and occupational health in the NHS. She has worked for both private companies and large organisations and assisted hundreds of individuals in returning to work following surgery or injury.
Sarah Jeffrey
Lead Mental Health Practitioner
Sarah holds a master’s degree in counselling and mental health from the University of South Florida. She is an accredited therapist with the BACP.
Her extensive experience includes working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and bereavement.
Sarah brings a diverse cultural perspective to her work from Botswana and the US, as well as 10 years of law enforcement experience supporting officers and staff experiencing difficulties. She is also a certified workplace coach and a trainer.
